Philology Class – Grade 10 Curriculum

The STANDARD PROGRAM runs between 08: 30-16: 40/17: 25 and includes:

a) Subjects from the NATIONAL CURRICULUM
• Romanian language and literature – 4 hours
• English – 6 hours
• French – 2 hours
• Latin language – 1 hour
• Mathematics – 2 hours
• Physics – 2 hours
• Chemistry – 1 hour
• Biology – 1 hour
• History – 3 hours
• Geography – 2 hours
• Socio-human – 2 hours
• Religion / History of religions – 1 hour
• Physical education and sports – 2 hours
• Music education – 1 hour
• Plastic education – 1 hour
• ICT – 1 hour
• Entrepreneurial education – 1 hour
• Counseling and guidance – 1 hour
• DEBATE CLUB – held in English – 1 hour

b) HOMEWORK CLASSES – 5 hours / week
Romanian language topics – 3 hours / week
math topics – 2 hours / week
