Preparatory Class Curriculum
The STANDARD PROGRAM for preparatory class runs between 08: 30-14: 40/15: 30 and includes:
a) Subjects from the NATIONAL CURRICULUM
- Communication in Romanian – 5 hours
- English Language – 10 hours
- Mathematics and environmental exploration – 4 hours
- Religion – 1 hour
- Physical education and sports – 2 hours
- Music and movement – 2 hours
- Visual arts and practical skills – 2 hours
- Personal development – 2 hours
- Drama club – optional – 1 hour
b) PYP (PRIMARY YEARS PROGRAM)
- IT – 1 hour/ week
- Library – 1 hour/ week
- PYP Reflection – 1 hour/ week
- c) SPORT Clubs
- Rhythmic gymnastics/ Basketball – 2 hours/ week
