Grade 7 Curriculum

The STANDARD PROGRAM for Grade 7 runs between 08: 30-16: 00/16: 45 and includes:

a) Subjects from the NATIONAL CURRICULUM
• Romanian language and literature – 4 hours
• English – 6 hours (intensive)
• French – 2 hours
• Mathematics – 4 hours
• Physics – 2 hours
• Chemistry – 2 hours
• Biology – 2 hours
• Social education – 1 hour
• History – 1 hour
• Geography – 1 hour
• Religion – 1 hour
• Plastic education – 1 hour
• Music education – 1 hour
• Physical education and sports – 2 hours
• Technological education – 1 hour
• Counseling and guidance – 1 hour
• Club “Reading as a life skill” – 1 hour ”
• Debate club – 1 hour
• IT – 1 hour

b) HOMEWORK CLASSES – 8 hours/ week
• Romanian language topics – 3 hours/ week
• Math topics – 3 hours/ week
• Various topics – 2 hours/ week

c) ADDITIONAL PREPARATION
• at Romanian Language and math for NATIONAL EVALUATION – 2 hours/ week
