Those parents who choose to diversify their child’s
schedule or are interested for their children to take part in various
activities that are already included in the programme, can pay separately the fee for these activities.

Music is the art that fascinates children early in their development, awaking pleasant and powerful feelings in their hearts, while gradually developing their artistic sensitivity and receptivity. This course shows how children not only enrich their English vocabulary through music, plays and movement, but also acquire knowledge and form skills.

(All kindergarten age groups)

Dancing can be a miraculous support for enriching children’s confidence, good mood and self-control. Dancing requires energy through each movement and total control over the body that leads to a state of wellness for all those who practice it.

Personal development
(for 4-6 year olds)

This course is taught by the IOANID KINDERGARTEN psychologist where the children learn how to express themselves better, to start discovering the other human beings, to interact, to learn how to be flexible in thinking so as to find solutions in any situation.

Ikhaya Drum
(for 4-6 year olds)

The African percussion workshop gives the children the opportunity to express their creativity and improve hand to eye coordination. The simplicity and handy manner of African percussion help the children to become confident and the repetitive bits of this music have a calming and comfortable effect on their minds.

Rhythmic Gymnastics
(for 3-6 year olds)

Rhythmic gymnastics positively influences the children’s development and corrects possible deficiencies using different training systems in order to support the correct body posture.

Due to its philosophical principles, Aikido ensures learning the best child-teacher relationship and the harmonious relationship among children, based on communication and mutual respect. When being continuously practiced, Aikido ensures physical and psychological development for children and aims at a complex education.

Meals at IOANID
Depending on the chosen schedule, your child will have three or four meals included (breakfast, lunch, two snacks), these being freshly cooked in the IOANID`s own kitchen every day.
In preparing meals, we use fresh ingredients provided by carefully selected suppliers on bio-nutrition criteria. We offer a varied and balanced menu, established with the help of healthcare professionals, respecting the necessary nutrition principles for the child`s best development and growth.

The paid clubs and included optional activities in the standard schedule offer the children a chance to discover their creative potential, to know themselves and the environment, to express in an open and original way.
The purpose of these workshop courses is stimulating creativity, their capacity to express themselves and practicing different creative or academic techniques.
